HRH Princess Masomikati Adelaide has dedicated her life to public service, governance, economic development and the advancement of women and youth throughout the Kingdom of Eswatini.
Her distinguished career spans public administration, international consultancy, natural resources, finance, recruitment, governance and national development.
The Kingdom of Eswatini is ruled under Tinkhundla system of governance where there are fifty five constituents being represented by Fifty five members of Parliament from their Chief Kraal. The main aim for Women Empowerment of Eswatini is to improve the livelihood of women and youth through the system of governance for easy of accessing them through this structure. We have most of our Women in the rural areas and most Youth are from the rural areas. This shall encourage the Youth to develop their grassroots and remove them from the streets and crimes. Therefore food security shall sustain our women and Youth to start agricultural projects to grow vegetables for local market and for exportation.
The Women Empowerment of Eswatini intention is to alleviate poverty in all spheres to make for the country to Empower women and youth. A healthy, happy woman and youth is a happy, healthy family.
Advising on Bills, culture, tradition, civil and customary law matters, Prime Minister appointments and parliamentary affairs.
